Tom Healy is a writer, poet and chairman of the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board, which oversees the Fulbright program worldwide. He is the author of two award-winning books of poetry and two forthcoming collections of essays. He studied at Harvard and Columbia and he teaches at NYU. Tom is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a fellow of the Poetry Foundation and a contributing editor at BOMB Magazine.
