Born and raised in Brooklyn, Liz Feldman started performing stand-up comedy at 16, much to the dismay of her parents, whom most of her jokes were about. At 18, she landed a job as a writer/performer on Nickelodeon's All That. She then went on to graduate from Boston University, The Second City and The Groundlings. Feldman won four Emmys for her work as a writer/producer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and also wrote for The 79th Annual Academy Awards. She was a writer/performer on Blue Collar TV on a writer/producer on Hot in Cleveland, for TV Land. Currently, Feldman is a writer/producer on 2 Broke Girls on CBS.
