Joshua Craze is a writer and an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago. He was a UNESCO-Aschberg artist laureate in creative writing in 2014. He has published work in The Washington Monthly, the Guardian, the Institute of War and Peace Reporting and elsewhere, and he has exhibited his writing on redacted documents at the New Museum. He has also worked in South Sudan as a researcher for Small Arms Survey and Human Rights Watch. www.joshuacraze.com
